Home Ground Real Estate likes to pride itself on the specialization of estates or areas, almost becoming a regular in the estate or neighborhood. By living in a specific estate and neighborhood we are able to understand the dynamics of the specific estate or neighborhood. We understand that we live in a technological world, nonetheless, we believe that this dynamic tool can be used to your advantage or disadvantage depending on the product offering. There are a number of ways in which a property can be sold and bought, the main factor being the type of mandate that the seller proposes - we believe that this determines the way in which you market a product.

Home Ground's first option for matching property, person, and lifestyle would be on our classic back-to-basics style. We use a targeted type approach on properties that we have been given a "silent" mandate. We believe that less is sometimes more in achieving the best results for a property. What we mean by this is that we do not employ the "throw the net approach". In order to achieve the fairest possible deal, one needs to have a well-managed database that can match product offerings. Our goal is to achieve the best possible and fairest price in the shortest turnaround time.
